Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of the following posts on Contract basis under the control of Director of Medical Education to work in King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam initially for a period of one year.


1. Qualifications required : D. Pharmacy /B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy course in A.P. Govt./A.P.Govt. recognized institution. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with up to date renewal.


2. Consolidated Pay: 28,000/-.


3. Number of Post: 04.



Selection Procedure


a) Total Marks100.


b) 75% marks will be allocated against the marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e. aggregating marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination.


c) Weight age up to the maximum of 15% marks will be to the staff working in 104 (MMU) in HDS / CDS / Aarogyasri / Trauma care / APSACS and other Government of India schemes on contract / outsourcing basis.


d) Up to 10 marks at 1 mark for each completed year after passing of requisite qualification to the said post.


Candidates are informed that the recruitment process will be done under the personal supervision of Collector and District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and Joint Collector Visakhapatnam transparently according to merit, weight age and rule of reservation etc. After completion of verification of applications, provisional merit list will be placed in the website for information of the candidates. After answering the appeals if any final seniority list will be published in a transparent manner. Hence, they are advised not to resort for any unethical practices and cooperate with the District Selection Committee for transparent selection of candidates.


The selection of candidates shall be made by the following committee as per the instructions issued by the government vide G.O.Rt.No. 44 HM &FW Dept, dated:25.01.2016[ GO enclosed].


How To Apply :


The candidates should download the application from the website www.kghvisakhapatnam.org and submit the filled in applications with all relevant enclosures by registered post / in person and handover at the special counter provided in the office of the Superintendent, King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam on or before 05.00 PM on 03.08.2020.


Attested copies of the following certificates to be enclosed as shown in the serial order. Page number should be both sides on every sheet attached with application right from the check list to last page. Total Pages attached to the application should be indicated on the 1st page i.e. check-list sheet. 1. Passed Marks of all subjects of both Academic and Technical Qualifications. 2. Inter Vocational Candidates should submit Intermediate marks and Bridge Course marks. 3. Provisional Pass Certificates. 4. SSC or its equivalent certificate for evidence of Date of Birth. 5. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned. 6. Study certificates from 4th Class to 10th Class issued by the concerned school authorities or residence certificate for seven years preceding to SSC in case of private study. 7. Certificate of Registration in AP Nursing and Midwives Council for the candidates applying for Staff Nurse Post with up to date renewal. 8. Physically Handicapped Certificate (SADAREM) in respect of candidates claiming reservation under P.H .quota. 9. Crossed demand draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of “Hospital Development Society, King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam” 10. Service certificate issued by the controlling officer or any other authority in case of the staff working on contract / outsourcing basis who wants to claim weight age marks as shown the conditions in Para IV A[c]. In the absence of such certificates, candidates will not be given any weightage. Applications submitted without required particulars and incomplete applications will summarily be rejected.

Qualification Details:


Notification for engagement of Medical Consultants in MCL on contractual basis. Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited) invites application from Medical Professionals including those who retired from CIL / other PSUs / Govt. Organizations, for engagement as Medical Consultants in various Hospitals of MCL, on contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable for another one year depending upon requirement and satisfactory performance.


1. Applicants should go through the policy carefully before applying, to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria and the terms of engagement are suitable to them.


2. Following are the tentative vacancy position in MCL: Vacancy position of GDMOs (Non-Specialist): 11
ii. Vacancy position of Medical Specialists: 11


3. Specialty-wise vacancy: 11


4. Title and commencement : This policy is called as CIL Policy for engagement of Medical Consultants. It will come into force with immediate effect


5. Scope and applicability: This Policy covers engagement of qualified Medical professionals (Specialist/ Nonspecialist) including retired Medical Executives of CIL/ other PSUs/ Government Organizations on fixed tenure contract basis as Medical Consultants in CIL and its Subsidiaries. This Policy will be effective for a period of two years since the effective date of the Policy


6. Contract period: a) The contract period of a Consultant should not be for more than two years. It cannot be extended beyond two years. Any such engagement/ re-engagement will not be beyond his/ her attaining the age of 65 years.
b) If the vacancy gets filled on regular appointment, then the contract of the consultant so appointed against such vacancy will be terminated as specified in clause 10(j)(viii).
c) The contract will automatically cease to exist on expiry of the period of contract  or on the date of attainment of 65 years of age and for this, no separate noticewould be necessary. 


7. Consolidated honorarium for Specialist: For Retd. E-8 Gr. Executive: Monthly rate: 1,50,000/-, Hourly rate: 800
ii. For Retd. E-7 Gr. Executive: 1,30,000/-, Hourly rate: 700
iii. For Retd. E-6 Gr. Executive: 1,15,000/-, Hourly rate: 600
iv. For Retd. E-5 Gr. Executive: 1,00,000/-, Hourly rate: 500


8. For fresh Non-specialist Medical professionals: Fresh Medical professionals who have been engaged as Medical Consultants under this policy are eligible for a consolidated honorarium of Rs.85,000/- per month or ₹400 per hour as per their respective mode of engagement irrespective of their post qualification experience.



Selection Procedure :


1. The Personal Interview will be held through Video Conferencing and the date with connecting link will be intimated through emails.


2. Selection of retired Medical Specialists of CIL/ Subsidiaries:


a) The selection would be on the basis of applications received in response to the notification, to be circulated internally at concerned Subsidiary/ CIL level, where vacancies exist


b) The applications received against the notification or requirement of CIL will be dealt by CIL (HQ) and applications received against the notification or requirement of Subsidiaries will be dealt by Subsidiaries.


c) Retired Medical Specialists and retired GDMOs (with Specialization qualification) are eligible to be appointed as Medical Consultants under this Policy. For consideration of retired GDMOs (with Specialization qualification), they should have worked in the relevant specialty for at least 5 years during their last service period in CIL/ Subsidiaries.


d) The modalities of recruitment i.e., qualification and selection criteria will be the same as followed in Open recruitment mode of Medical discipline except the upper age limit and experience criteria. Reservation of posts is applicable for engagement of Consultants as per Central Government Rules and as communicated by CIL(HQ).


e) Retired Medical Executives of CIL/ Subsidiaries would be considered for selection only if they satisfy with the following conditions: i. Should have scored minimum ‘Good’ ratings in the last 5 years of service. ii. Should not have been awarded with any punishment under CDA Rules of the Company in the last 5 years of service. iii. Should not have been involved with any corruption or illegal gratification or in any criminal case during the entire service period and post retirement.


3. Selection of Medical Specialists of outside candidates including retired Medical Executives of other PSUs/ Government Organizations and fresh Non-specialist Medical professionals:


a) Selection shall be done through Walk-in-interview. The venue of the walk-ininterview shall be Headquarters or any other place preferably near to the Hospitals/ Dispensaries, where vacancies exist, as decided by the Competent Authority of the concerned Company. The Selection process will be planned in such a way that all Subsidiaries should conduct the walk-in-interviews on fixed date(s).


b) A short advertisement of vacancies in 2 local newspapers and detailed advertisement in websites of respective Subsidiaries & CIL would be made prior to selection. 


c) The detailed advertisement will consist of the details of the form in which applications are to be submitted at the time of the walk-in-interview. A sample application format is attached as Annexure II. The applications received against the advertisement of CIL will be dealt by CIL (HQ) and applications received against the advertisement of Subsidiaries will be dealt by Subsidiaries. The interested candidates would be required to present themselves along with all the documents needed in original plus 2 copies at the time of the walk-in-interview. Any candidate whose application is incomplete or any discrepancy found w.r.t. eligibility criteria, then such candidate will not be considered for walk-ininterview. 


d) The modalities of recruitment i.e., qualification and selection criteria will be the same as followed in Open recruitment mode of Medical discipline except the upper age limit and experience criteria. The reservation of posts is applicable as per Central Government Rules and as communicated by CIL(HQ).

1. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their resume in the prescribed Application Format along with the following self-attested documents in two copies :- 


i. Passport size Photograph
ii. Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate)
iii. Copy of Category Certificate, if applicable.
iv. Copy of Certificates of Qualification/MCI Registration.
v. Proof of Experience
vi. Copy of Superannuation Notice (for retirees) 


2. The duly filled in application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of required documents should be sent in the email id gm-ee.mcl@coalindia.in 


3. The last date of submission of applications is 10.08.2020 till 5.00 PM


4. The appointment will be subject to verification of original certificates on joining. 


5. The applications received after the last date of submission will not be entertained. All correspondences with candidates shall be made through email only.

HelShe will also be responsible for conducting Courses, Seminars and Workshops assigned to him/her when nominated as Course Coordinator. He/She will also responsible for any additional duties assigned him/her by the Deputy Directors, Joint Directors and Director as notified from time to time.

i) Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and ensure that the same is active during the entire recruitment process. User ID, Password, filled-in application form and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID.


ii) The applicant may visit the NHAI website www.nhai.gov.in for accessing the link for applying online. The link may be opened on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.


iii) Click on the tab About Us Vacancies Current. Click on the relevant Recruitment advertisement and then click ‘Online application’.
 


iv) Click ‘New Registration’ and then sign-up by filling-up the Application Registration Details viz. Name, Email, Mobile No., Password, Re-type Password, and then press ‘Submit’ button for registration. The candidates will receive User ID & Password on their given registered Email ID. The User ID will be the registered Email ID given in Application Registration Details.

v) Re-login and fill up the requisite / given fields / information.


vi) Scanned copy of colour passport size photograph, essential educational / professional qualification(s), promotion/appointment order(s), only in ‘jpg / ‘jpeg’ or ‘png’ or ‘gif’ image types not exceeding 1 MB, may be uploaded.


vii) Click ‘Next’ button.


viii) Application Preview may be seen.


ix) ‘Preview’ and ‘Final Submit’ button are available. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing / providing the correct details while filling-up the online application. The candidate can EDIT the information before final submission of Application. Once the application form is finally submitted, it cannot be edited.


x) If the Applicant is satisfied with the information furnished, click “Final Submit” button for submitting the application form, online. The ONLINE application may be submitted by 17.08.2020 (6.00 PM).


i) After submission of the ONLINE Application Form, ‘PDF’ format thereof containing details entered by the Applicant shall be generated. The applicant should take out print of the ONLINE Application Form and get the same forwarded by his/her parent department along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and certified copy of APARs/ACRs. (a) Enclose attested copies of Annual Confidential Reports / Annual Performance Appraisal Report / gist of APARs/ACRs/ certificate with regard to work & conduct of the officer for the last five (05) years along with a vigilance clearance certifying that no penalty is imposed against the officer for last ten years, integrity certificate and no penalty certificate.


(b) certify that the particulars given by the Applicant in his / her ONLINE application regarding the details of educational/professional qualification(s), relevant experience and pay particulars, etc. have been verified from the service records and are true, correct and complete.


1. The applicants are advised to fill the ONLINE application form carefully in accordance with the eligibility criteria and experience mentioned for the post(s). Applications received through any other mode/procedure would not be accepted and summarily rejected. Applications incomplete in any respect, especially without details of pay scales shall be summarily rejected without any notice. It may be noted that any subsequent clarification regarding job profile / experience etc. at a later date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. The applicants are advised to submit the Online Recruitment Application well in advance without waiting for the closing date and also ensure that the Print-Out of the ONLINE Application Form along with requisite documents, is forwarded through their Parent Departments within the stipulated time. 8. Besides the above, employees will be extended medical and personal accident insurance cover & contribution to National Pension Scheme, CUG mobile facility and Conveyance facilities as per rules of the Company

ii. The Contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice or by paying the Contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.

Qualification in Details:


1. Job Title: Consultant—Visualization / Interaction


2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, IT or relevant field


3. Experience/ Qualifications:


a. Minimum of 3 and Maximum 6 years of progressive experience in UI/UX Design & Development
b. Excellent portfolio of professional UI/UX designing of Web & Mobile applications
c. Deep understanding of web & mobile development concept
d. Passionate about all UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest design trends and technologies.
e. Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) concepts, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
f. Mandatory hands-on experience and up-to-date knowledge on Adobe range of products like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD etc.
g. Mandatory hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS/LESS), JavaScript Libraries and Bootstrap.
h. Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, Angular2 JS will be preferred.
i. Working knowledge of source code management tools such as Git, SVN etc.
j. Exposure to Agile & Waterfall development methodologies


4. Responsibilities:


a. The role will help design full responsive & adaptive, cross-platform UI application frontend for ReBIT’s mission critical, industry facing application solutions.
b. The role will work in a collaborative team environment to design interfaces, develop, enhance, and maintain the applications.
c. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts, Project managers and Engineers
d. Create concepts, wireframes, mock up’s and prototype that lead to intuitive user experiences.
e. Create UI/UX Designs and maintain digital assets, such as design files, UI design guidelines, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Axure, Invision etc.


5. Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent


6. Certifications: UI/UX Design & related domain Specific Certifications are a plus
