Qualification: i) MBBS or equivalent degree. ii) Must have a valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical Regulation Rules 1965; and iii) Must have required Conversion Certificates recognised by Medical Council of India in case of candidate having degree from Universities of Foreign Countries.

Age Limit: 21 - 32 years

Examination Fee: Rs.500/-. No fee for SC/ ST and PWD candidates.
