Qualification in Details:

1. Title of the project: “A Biotechnological approach to elucidate adaptation mechanism, migration pattern and reproductive biology of indicator temperate alpine plants in Himalayas in response to changing climate”

2. Name of the positions: Junior Research Fellow (01 No.) tenable at Department of Botany, Sikkim University

3. Essential qualifications: M.Sc. in Botany or relevant discipline preferably with NET or equivalent.

4. Desirable qualification: Experience of working in mountain environment. Candidate with NET qualification or equivalent will be preferred.

5. Fellowship: 31000/- plus 8% HRA (As per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-8/2018, dt. 30.01.2019)

6. Duration: Three years or up to the termination of project, subject to annual performance review.
