Qualification Details:
In terms of Railway Board’s instructions in their letter No. E(MPP) 2013/6/14 dated- 03.12.2019, the panel of Act Apprentices is proposed to be formed through online process. Accordingly, applications for 196 seats are invited for Act Apprenticeship Training under Act Apprentice Act, 1961 by North Central Railway, Wagon Repair Workshop, Jhansi.
1. Educational qualitication: The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI passed certificate in relevant trade from a recognized Industrial Training Institute to affilated NCVV. certificate issued by principal will not be accepted.
2. Stipend: Stipend will be paid as per instructions issued by Railway Board from time to time.
3. Trade: Fitter, Welder (Gas & Electric), Mechanic Machine & Tool Maintenance, Machinist, Painter, Electrician , Stenogapher Hindi.
How To Apply:
i) Eligible candidates may apply and register their application w.e.f. 01.06.2020 to 15.07.2020 on website www, mponline.gov .in. iii) Candidate’s name and parents (fatherand mother) names spellings should be the same as given in High School Cetificate.
iv) The name of the candidate, address, pin code, mobile number, RDAT Registration Number abd regisitration number, if registeres in employment office must be explicity filled by the candidate.
v) Use printer ink (Black) tor lett thumb impression.
vi) Two physical identification marks.
vii) Matriculation Marksheet and certificate issued by respective board ITI marksheet and certificate issued by NCVT must be attached duly scanned Applications attached with marksheets and certificates obtained from internet will be summarily rejected.
viii) Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) and physical disability certificate must be attached duly scanned.
ix) Candidate should attach scanned copy ot Aadhaar card and PAN Cani as an identity proof.
Selection Procedure:
(i) The selection Of Act Apprentice for training will be done on the basis Of ment list prepared from the list of eligible candidates. There will be no written or oral examination for this selection.
(ii) Merit list will be prepared on the basis of average of percentage of marks obtained in 10″‘ or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/lnstitute and percentage of marks obtained in ITI.
(iii) The calculation of percentage of marks will be based on the total marks obtained in 10th 01 its equivalent examination from an education Board/lnstitute and not on the basis of marks of any subject or a group of subjects.
(iv) If more than one candidate get equal average marks/percentage, than the older candidate will rank higher in the list. The above information will be computerized and the merit WII be prepared in this manner.
(v) Final select list will be prepared Tradewise, Community-wise, Categorywise, Reservationwise prepared Out Of the combined merit.
